A ZAFT base located in the Gulf of Carpentaria on the northern coast of Australia, a continent controlled by the PLANT-aligned Oceania Union. The base's disassembled components were dropped from orbit on April 2, C.E. 70, and with 48 hours the foundations of ZAFT's first terrestrial stronghold had already been laid. The construction of the base was completed on May 20, whereupon the ZAFT forces began using it as staging area for attacks on the rest of the Earth.
