Natural
A naturally born human being, who has not undergone the process of genetic enhancement that creates Coordinators. In the Cosmic Era, genetic engineering is also used to correct hereditary genetic defects, but people who have merely received this kind of corrective modification are considered to be Naturals rather than true Coordinators. For the most part Naturals regard Coordinators with envy and resentment, and these attitudes have led to widespread persecution - and, in some cases, radical anti-Coordinator activities like those of the terror group Blue Cosmos.

Coordinator
A human being whose mental and physical abilities have been enhanced through genetic engineering. Coordinators learn more quickly than normal humans, and their bodies are stronger, faster, and virtually immune to disease. Due to these differences, they have often been viewed with jealousy and mistrust by unmodified Naturals. In recent decades, a worldwide ban on genetic modification and a rising tide of anti-Coordinator sentiment have driven most of Earth's Coordinators to relocate to the orbital settlements known as PLANTs.
The genetic modifications that create a Coordinator can be performed only in the earliest stages of embryonic development. However, these genetic enhancements are then passed on to the Coordinator's children. When normal parents have their children turned into Coordinators, the children are described as first-generation Coordinators, whose own children will then be second-generation Coordinators, and so forth.
The era of the Coordinators began in the year C.E. 15, when George Glenn revealed the secret of his origins and released the necessary genetic engineering techniques onto the worldwide network. However, such genetic modification remained illegal for many years, and so the earliest Coordinators were born and raised in secret. The Coordinator boom started in earnest in C.E. 30, and came to an end with the adoption of the Torino Protocol in C.E. 55, when genetic modification was once again prohibited everywhere on Earth.

Biological CPU
A human being who has been artificially enhanced for the purpose of operating mobile suits. Although ordinary Naturals are unable to pilot mobile suits without the help of specially designed operating systems, these enhanced humans have abilities equal to or greater than those of a Coordinator. The Earth Alliance classifies them as equipment rather than pilots, and views them as human equivalents of a computer's central processing unit (CPU).
These biological CPUs have micro-implants surgically installed in their brains and glands, and they are mentally conditioned to eliminate their sense of fear and increase their aggression during combat. They are also given regular doses of Gamma Glipheptin to enhance their stamina and reaction speed, but they suffer agonizing withdrawal symptoms as the effects of the stimulant wear off, forcing them to withdraw from battle when their time limit expires.
Wolf
Wolves were thought to have been hunted to extinction nearly 200 years ago, but some wolves have survived, though, and have been coexisting with human’s right under their noses. The wolves have a way of presenting themselves as being human to other humans, thus they can blend into human society with relatively little notice. They live peacefully among the natural human citizens. Somehow the wolves were known by early Coordinators and were quickly eliminated as possible future Coordinators.
Even if it’s a common belief that Wolves are extinct some Humans still believe that they exist and still hold a deep hatred towards them. That’s why wolves can’t be found as Gundam pilots because when entering the preparatory schools students are scanned for any abnormalities. Abnormalities always appear when this scan is done on a wolf, and then their either a technician for the Gundam suits or a low ranked officer.
